Chromatic Scales [Exhibition] May 19-July 11 | PFA Gallery Kensington | FREE by appointment
This group exhibition brings together intergenerational artists who use color as both structure and sensory experience. The show moves between the painterly and the sculptural, challenging surface while exploring chromatic relationships. Works range from Mimi Herbert’s Awakening (2022), where acrylic protrudes to form an assertive structure, to Ruth Pastine’s Red 1, Primary Red Series (2024), an immersive field where variation within red creates a contemplative space.
